How we mobilise a new contract

We visit, measure and agree the specification, frequencies and KPIs with you – or respond to yours.

A fixed price or schedule of rates, a mobilisation plan and named contacts. No surprises.

TUPE & recruitment
We manage TUPE transfers properly and recruit and vet any extra staff before day one.

Go live & report
Staff clock in by NFC badge or GPS in Ronove, and you get live attendance, audits and monthly reviews.

Common questions

How quickly can you start?

It depends on the size of the contract and any TUPE transfer. Small single-site contracts can often start within days; larger contracts follow an agreed mobilisation plan.

Do you handle TUPE?

Yes – we manage TUPE transfers in line with the regulations, including consultation and the transfer of employee information.

How will we know the work is done?

Staff clock in on site by NFC badge or GPS, complete digital checklists and audits, and you receive regular reports and reviews.

Can public sector bodies buy through a framework?
